Melissa Marsh ("Attorney") will obtain a Certificate of Status from the California Secretary of State for the California corporation or limited liability company you have entered for a flat fee of $249 plus costs. Within 4 hours of receipt of the above information and payment, Attorney will submit the request for a Certificate of Status to the Secretary of State. Turn-a-round time is typically 48 hours, but often we retrieve the Certificate within 24 hours. Upon receipt, it will be emailed to you in PDF format. Client further understands that retention of Ms. Marsh for this service does not obligate Ms. Marsh to continue to represent the Client in any subsequent request. Client acknowledges and understands that Ms. Marsh does not provide any litigation services and does not agree to represent client in any litigated matter (e.g., in arbitration, court, or at an administrative hearing). Any subsequent request for service will require a separate agreement.
