NEW REQUIRED Tenant Buyout Disclosure Notice and Oversight by HCIDLA For Los Angeles Rent Stabilized Units

NEW LOS ANGELES RENT REGISTRY ORDINANCE FOR Los Angeles Rent Controlled Units

Effective October 4, 2016, the Los Angeles City Council adopted the Rent Registry Ordinance (#184529) which is similar to those required by the City of West Hollywood and the City of Santa Monica.

What California Landlords Need to Know About Paying Live-in Resident Managers

New California Protections For The Little Guy in Arbitration Proceedings

On September 25, 2016, Governor Jerry Brown signed Senate Bill 1007 into law.
