The Small Business "Prepaid Monthly Telephone Plan" Includes:

• Telephone contact regarding daily business issues confronting your business, on such topics as: business formation and maintenance; contract law; employee and independent contractor issues; advertising; landlord tenant issues; licensing, sales and distribution; exit strategies; etc...;
• Review of up to 3 business related contracts, up to 10-pages each (normal font), during the 4 month prepaid term; and
• 25% Discount on all other legal services

* This plan requires a four-month pre-paid commitment at $499 per month during which you can converse with Ms. Marsh up to one hour per week and have up to three (3) documents reviewed and discussed.

Want a smaller commitment? The fee is $749 for a one-month pre-paid commitment.
Under this limited program, you can converse with Ms. Marsh over the phone up to four hours in the month and have one document up to 10 pages reviewed and discussed. If while on this plan, a client requests an in person consult, or the preparation of a letter, or other legal document, that would be a separate and chargeable expense at Ms. Marsh’s normal hourly rate.
