Background:
Prior to starting her own law firm, Melissa Marsh was Of Counsel at Rosenfeld, Myers & Susman in Beverly Hills, California. Prior to entering the field of law, she was the Advertising and Marketing Director at Business Sampler Advertising, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.
Education:
Melissa Marsh is an honors graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She then received her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1996 (Order of the Coif), where she was ranked in the top 2% of her class. While attending law school, Melissa Marsh also engaged in international legal studies at Trinity College in Cambridge, England and McGill School of Law in Montreal, Canada. After graduating from law school, Ms. Marsh worked for a prestigious law firm, Rosenfeld, Myers & Susman in Beverly Hills, California, and then opened her own practice to facilitate the legal needs of entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies.

Billing Practices:
Our office has provided task-based billing and budgeting information to a number of its clients for many years. Currently, we also interface with several of our clients electronically for billing. Our office is willing to discuss any billing arrangement which brings value to both parties including:
- "Not to exceed" average hourly rates;
- Single lump sum annual retainers;
- Per file, per case, or per agreement charges; and
- Hourly or blended rates.
