Telephone Consultation Agreement Terms: I agree to pay $65 for a telephone consultation with Melissa Marsh, a licensed California attorney, of up to 15 minutes, $100 for up to 30 minutes, or $199 for up to 1 hour (as I have selected) to discuss my matter. I acknowledge that I will receive that telephone consultation at the time I select above on the same day I make the appoitment, unless the time window I have selected has already begun in which case my telephone consult will take place the following day. I understand that my telephone consultation will not take place until after Ms. Marsh receives confirmation of my payment from PayPal, through which I can pay by any major credit card. I further understand that the telephone consultation does not obligate Ms. Marsh to continue to represent me in any litigated matter (e.g., in arbitration, court, or at an administrative hearing) and that the prepaid fee will not be applied toward any litigation request. Please note that Ms. Marsh will try to either call or email you with a 1 hour time window, within the block of time you have selected above.
