In an effort to assist those who shy away from seeking the legal help they need due to the perceived monetary expense, Ms. Marsh offers a low cost telephone consultation for as little as $65.

And if you retain Melissa Marsh to perform a follow up legal service, she will apply the prepaid telephone consultation fee to any transactional service requested either during the consultation, or over the following week. That would make the initial consultation virtually FREE. Please note that the fee cannot be applied towards litigation services.

Please note this program covers phone conversations only. If a conversation leads to an in-house consultation, or requires the review, revision, or preparation of a letter, or other legal document, that would be a separate and chargeable expense. How It Works.

Step 1. Click Schedule a Telephone Consultation, which will take you to a page where you will be asked to provide us with basic contact information so we can set up a client file.

Step 2. You will need to select either the 15 or 30 minute telephone consultation.

Step 3. You will need to accept the terms of our simple Telephone Consultation Retainer Agreement.

Step 4. You will need to remit payment in advance via PayPal. You may use any credit card, debit card, or eletronic check supported by PayPal.

Step 5. The hard part...Wait for Ms. Marsh to call at your pre-selected time.

Evening and weekend hours are also available at no additional charge.

Please note that we offer the telephone consultation at a greatly reduced rate to provide access for the middle class. An in person consultation is $400 per hour, Ms. Marsh's standard hourly rate.
