Position:
California Attorney, Melissa C. Marsh, has been an active member of the State Bar Of California since 1996.

Background:
Prior to starting her own law firm, Melissa Marsh was Of Counsel at Rosenfeld, Myers & Susman, a law firm in Beverly Hills, California. Before entering the field of law, she was the Advertising and Marketing Director at Business Sampler Advertising, Inc. in Los Angeles, California. As an attorney Melissa Marsh has not only represented hundreds of small business owners in forming and growing their businesses, but she has also served as an advisor to the board of directors of a public corporation for five years.

Education:
Melissa Marsh is an honors graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She then received her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1996 (Order of the Coif), where she was ranked in the top 2% of her class. While attending law school, Melissa Marsh also engaged in international legal studies at Cambridge in England and the McGill School of Law in Montreal, Canada. After graduating from law school, Ms. Marsh worked for a prestigious law firm, Rosenfeld, Myers & Susman in Beverly Hills, California, and then opened her own law practice to facilitate the legal needs of entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies.

  • "Not to exceed" average hourly rates;
  • Single lump sum quarterly, bi-annual, and annual retainers;
  • Low Costs Telephone Consultation Fees;
  • Per file, per case, or per agreement charges; and
